Learn simple, practical techniques to help calm your nervous system, slow racing thoughts, and create more breathing room in your day.
Reflect on what’s currently adding to your stress, identify one or two changes that feel realistic, and learn how ongoing support could look—if and when you’re ready.
This workshop is educational and not a substitute for individual therapy. You are welcome to attend whether or not you ever work with Rollins Counseling Center.
