Yes. The 20-minute therapist matching consultation is completely free. There is no charge for the call itself, and you are not obligated to schedule ongoing therapy afterward. If you decide to continue with a therapist, we’ll review fees and insurance before you book.
Most clients are matched and able to schedule their first therapy session within 1–2 weeks, depending on your availability and preferences (in-person vs. virtual, evenings vs. daytime, etc.). If you have a tight schedule, we’ll do our best to prioritize options that fit.
We offer both. Many clients choose secure video sessions for convenience, while others prefer in-person visits in our calm, modern office. During your consultation, we’ll ask about your preference and only recommend therapists who can meet you in the format you choose.
We work with many major insurance plans and can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement when appropriate. During your consultation, we’ll help you understand your coverage, estimated costs, and any out-of-pocket fees before you commit.
The relationship you have with your therapist matters. If, after a few sessions, it doesn’t feel like the right fit, you can reach out and we’ll gladly help you rematch with someone else on our team at no additional matching cost.
